PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Super lightweight and ridiculously soft, this unique jacket is inspired by the clouds.
The packable front pocket means you can pop it in your bag or backpack for a layer of warmth on-the-go. It’s shower resistant with a hood too; so perfect for throwing on if the weather turns.
ACAI details include the dipped hem that covers your bottom – great to keep out the cold and for wearing under a backpack, baby carrier or while cycling or horse riding. The adjustable cuffs and boxy-fit are made for moving.
Underpinning everything at ACAI is a desire to encourage time spent in Mother Nature, while protecting her fragile beauty. We source materials considerately, and our Cloud Jacket is insulated with a filling made from recycled plastic bottles.
FABRIC: 100% Nylon Outer. Filled with a down alternative Repreve® fill and finished with a PFC Free DWR for Shower Resistance.
WASH CARE: Machine Wash 30˚. ACAI recommends reproofing after every wash with Grangers Wash + Repel liquid to maintain fabric protection, followed by either drying the garment on a radiator or low temperature tumble dry post wash.
FIT
Please note this product is oversized and we suggest you size down if you want a more fitted look. If you are in between sizes, we recommend you size down.
Our model Olivia is 5'3" and wears a size 8.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday 9am-3pm GMT/BST (excluding Bank Holidays). Please note over the Festive Period the extended Bank Holidays and therefore a delay in usual dispatch times. Once your order is dispatched, it will arrive within two days via Amazon Logistics unless you have selected next-day shipping.

Important - EU Shipments from July 1st 2021
From July 1st 2021 all orders delivered to an EU member state from a country outside of the EU, will be subject to local duty & customs clearance charges.
This is outside of our control and the charges vary, dependant upon which country you reside in. Upon the goods arrival into your country you will be contacted by your local courier, advising you as to any customs duty and clearance fees payable by yourself. The order will not be released until you have paid the appropriate fees. Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to resolve this situation, but EU importation law is outside of our control.

Returns
If you would like to return an item - no problem! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will help in any way we can. You can process your return here (at present, this service is only available to UK and USA customers).
To be eligible for a return/refund or store credit, please ensure your item is unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please make sure the original packaging is undamaged and labels still attached. Your item must be returned within 60 days of dispatch date. Once we have received your parcel we will process your request within 14 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for money to come back to your bank account if a refund has been requested.
USA Returns
Please use the returns portal here. USA returns are charged at $5. Returns will be sent to our centre in Sarasota, Florida via USPS.
Please send your items back to us within 60 days of receipt.
*If you receive a free gift with your order and return the item you bought for a refund, we will deduct the value of the free gift from the refund.*

We recommend trying on all items in the comfort of your home, to avoid any potential soiling or damage to the original condition of the items. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it unworn, in the original packing. To be eligible for a refund/credit note, please ensure your item is unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

International Returns

We are currently working to implement a returns system that matches the service of our UK customers and we hope to have this up and running within a few months.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 working days. If you received a free gift with your purchase and want to hold on to it, no problem, we will just deduct the value from your refund. If your initial order qualified for free shipping and you return items for a refund, leaving your basket value below £95, we shall issue the refund less the cost of shipping.
Exchanges
As of 1st August 2023, we no longer offer exchanges. If you would like to swap your item for a different colour or size then please request a refund via the portal for your original item and rebuy the alternative item you'd like. This process is much quicker and streamlined than our previous exchange offering.
If for any reason there is a fault with your item please let us know straight away and we'll organise a replacement where required.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at team@acaioutdoorwear.com.
Postage
We offer a fully tracked service for all UK returns. You don't need access to a printer as you can choose to use a QR code instead of printing a label. When you drop the parcel at your local Post Office, they will give you the tracking number and print the label when they scan the QR code. Depending where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
