With lighter evenings and warmer temperatures, springtime heralds the beginning of more opportunities to get outdoors. And at ACAI our new season outdoorwear collection is launching very soon, with pieces to ensure you do your Outdoorsing in style.
With twelve new items being added, it features everything from tees to trousers, jackets to shirts, including clothes you’ve never seen from us before in completely new styles.

ACAI Co-Founder and Creative Director Kasia Bromley says:
“As ever, this new ACAI collection isn’t about following the latest fads in fast fashion. It’s about pieces that stand the test of time, perform in a variety of outdoor conditions, and allow your body freedom to move.
Having said that, the spring/summer catwalks (from the likes of Louis Vuitton and Vivienne Westwood), were filled with relaxed clothing in easy-to-wear shapes; not dissimilar to the brief for “comfy, throw-it-on outdoor clothing” that myself and the ACAI team has worked to.
For SS24 we’ve expanded our collection of high quality, women’s outdoorwear with new silhouettes and casual fit designs. This is a big change for the ACAI range, which is renowned for skinny fit.
Of course our Skinny Outdoor Trousers will remain the ACAI classic. But these new pieces offer a more diverse and inclusive product range.”

At the start of the year Kasia set out her goals for ACAI, which included the use of more planet-friendly fibres, and new styles to appeal to a wider range of women; ambitions which have been ticked with Spring/Summer 2024’s collection.
“Our mission is to create womenswear that gives you confidence in the outdoors,” Kasia added. “Clothing that works for you thanks to its superior fit, stylish design and functional features.

Is ACAI’s clothing sustainable?
We’re a brand built on supporting women to get outdoors, and as such are always keen to lessen our impact on Mother Nature.
This new collection sees further steps towards creating planet-friendly, sustainable outdoorwear. For example, there is the use of natural fabrics, like bamboo and organic cotton, which are not only better for the environment but have additional benefits like keeping you cool. And there are recycled materials in a number of these new pieces too.

I can’t see the River Jacket in the store. Is this going to be in another release?
As a 5ft person I have particularly appreciated the shorter lengths in your trousers and 7/8ths length in leggings. I do hope you will be offering these lengths in at least some of the new collection as they all look great!!
I really like the look of the hike light leggings and the wander trousers. I need something cool for the summer months hiking in the Lake District that will also offer a layer of protection from ticks 😬
I too would like new casual stroll pants, I wear mine – Blue and Green, continuously and could do with new ones soon.
Are you still going to make you casual stroll pants? I need to replace the 2 pairs I have as I wear them all the time…. great for golf too!
